Handbags

I've been meaning to get some of these handbag cards for an age and finally remembered to pick some up when I popped into the craft shop near me. They are just ideal for a few of my friends who really are handbag girls!!!

Boys cards

I don't know why I struggle with boys cards, It's the one area I seem to struggle with ideas for, I made one tonight for a 15 year old. Hope they like it.

The end of the school holidays are rapidly approaching and I'm going to miss my guys they are at the age now where they are really good company, obviously they have the odd spat but mostly hey play well together and enjoy being each others sibling. I hope they stay that way as they grow older.

Finally made a couple of cards

Apart from Wedding cards for my friend which I am geting through quite well, I haven't had the mojo to make any cards for what seems like an age. Today though I made two for some friends of mine who have had a baby boy, one for mummy and daddy and one fr big sister, Olivia.

First Heritage Page

It's taken me a long time to start scrapping my heritage photos but last weeks ukscrappers challengewas to use a heritage photo. This photo is of my Great Great Granny Fry standing in her cabbages in her garden in Dorchester.

I probably should have used cabbages paper but not sure if there is such a thing!!!!

Sleepover Mini Books

Charlotte had a sleepover at the weekend and I took some photos of her and her friends, to use in a mini book which I made from a class on this weeks cyber crop on ukscrappers. The photos aren't really clear and I don't think they do it justice I'll try and get some clearer ones, but the girls were really pleased with them. The ouc of Charlotte is her wearing her facemask they all di d in the evening.

Exploding box

I love these little boxes, they are really easy to make and look fab. Non crafters think you've spent hours over them!! I use the instructions from this site:

This one has Legoland photos and the kids really like it and have looked at it loads.

August week 1 challenge (uk scrappers)

I made this layout for the week 1 challenge, the brief was to follow a sketch, 11 of something, a musical term or symbol your own art work, use threads or fibres.

I really enjoyed doing it and loved the photo of Charlotte and her friend.
